Well given the Greek and Latin philology I think it means " fucks urban ateas" There is probably a slang term for it but its essentially n from the same derivation as ruralsexual, sunurbosexual. Having been around a lot myself I have never been under the assumption I was a real man. Well, I can be a harsh person and I have many controversial opinions. However, in this case, there is nothing wrong with being a metrosexual man and there are no criteria that I need to satisfy to define a “real man”. This person may need to be masculine, but not necessarily have to be unkempt/unpolished. I think that there is more to a real man, other than his appearance.
