I think that it is a matter of the very approach of friendship. When a guy is friends with a girl, big % of opportunity that he sees her as a possible future partner. And when a girl is friends with a guy, she sees in him a person with whom she can just talk (at least it's me, because I wouldn't even be able to look at my crush for a all)

Although, in general, my opinion is that friendship between a boy and a girl can be when there is a difference in age or if there is a different sexual orientation. Then you can be friends with this person and not be afraid that he will perceive your actions as an invitation to a relationship. Personaly me dream build friendship with sone Gay in future, like in Netflix movies haha

Nope. My best friend is objectively attractive but that doesn't mean I have ever seen him in a romantic way.
