Does he hate me?

My boyfriend who I've been on and off with for almost 7 years, told me that it's okay for me to work late nights while he's at home. My friend picks me up from work. He doesn't even have a car. I use to drive to him because again, he didn't have a car. I was the one with my own place and my own car. He didn't have anything. I helped him get his first house 4 years ago. Only to find out he got 2 other women pregnant and was seeing them both while with me. I stayed with him after that. I did everything for him.. I use to drive to him at midnight after I got off of work. Only to find out there's another woman besides the other baby mothers, in the picture now. I know he's sleeping around but I still don't want to let him go... does he hate me? He ignores my calls and text messages. I guess when he finishes messing around with other women, he comes back to me. 🤔I'm the only female that helps him. So I don't understand why he's treats me so badly.
