Yellow fever has a vaccine. I know that's not popular with some people, but without it the Panama Canal would never have been built. I don't know if there's anywhere that "most people" have yellow fever

I don't think most American guys have yellow fever, it is mostly incels who you wouldn't want to date anyway. The best of guys avoid reducing a woman to her ethnicity.

I don’t think it’s that kind of fever, but does seem to be an uptick lately in seeking out foreign more traditional type women maybe? At least from what I read. I don’t think they have to be 100% traditional contrary to what most write but some way at least.

most tropical countries have some particular diseases... this is due to "vectors" like mosquitoes and bats...

Yes, we have seen outbreaks of a lot of diseases in the US that we have not seen in decades. Polio, leprosy, and yellow fever.
