He simply wants to confuse you, knowing that you have a crush on him. He may have rejected you on the base of your looks, your character or any other arguments that made you unsuitable in his eyes.

He may have changed his mind or he may play hard to get. It is not really possible to know what his reasons are for acting the way he does and based on what you are telling us.

I would think that he is confused himself or that he wants to play games with your mind. Your best bet is really to ask him what game he is playing and what he is expecting.

What it means is he's thinking with something besides his brain and he realizes that he's not as good as that he thinks he is..

Your new girl should probably giving him the time of day so now he has to manipulate he's going to watch everything about you and then he's going to come tell you he watched you do this and watched you do that just to get in good with you I would just walk away but I can't tell you what to do
