Heart emoji from male coworker, does that mean anything?

A male coworker has been checking me out for a distance and at various times locked eyes with me.

We sometimes message via Teams and I’ve noticed lately he responds to some of my messages with a heart emoji, whereas he never used too.

Does that mean anything or am I over analysing,? For the record, I don’t send any heart emojis at work, just thumbs up or smiley faces.
