Why are men such creeps when they stare at boobs for so long?

Recently, my friend and I noticed that men stare at me a lot. I’m not even good-looking, and I try to dress modestly. Never showing cleavage, I wear a hat, oversized shirts—yet my boobs are still noticeable.

It’s getting weirder, though. For example, at the place where I usually eat, some creeps will just stand close by and blatantly stare at my chest, even when I give them a sharp look like, “Hello, stop it!” Others will walk by repeatedly, obviously sneaking glances. They don’t even feel ashamed. It’s like they think it’s completely normal behavior.

Sometimes I look at them like, “No thanks,” but they don’t get it. Once, one guy got nervous when trying to help me and then just started staring at my chest.

It’s as if they’ve never seen boobs before.
No matter what I do to avoid drawing attention to my appearance, I still get noticed.

Aren’t they afraid of coming across as creeps?
