Why doesn’t he think of me sexual?

i was hinting at this guy, I know in person, for us to do it together and hangout. For some reason he doesn’t seem to get it. I know he's like me, he always compliment me and asked for casual, normal photos from me to have on his phone. It’s weird he doesn’t think of me sexual.

It's difficult to say why this guy doesn't think of you in a sexual way. It's possible that he's simply not interested in you in that way, or that he's not picking up on your hints. It's also possible that he's just shy or not good at reading social cues.
It might be worth communicating more directly with him about your feelings and see if he reciprocates. But if he doesn't, it's important to respect his boundaries and not pressure him to feel something that he doesn't.
