Is it some sort of strange red flag or does he miss me or what on earth is he doing? We hooked up but he was my guitar teacher. I no longer like him, I’ve lost interest but he seems to be keeping tabs on me and messaged me saying to not take guitar advice off anyone else pretty much (but he phrased it differently).

Maybe trying to get me to take more guitar lessons with him? Weird thing is he will mention a topic that I wrote about in a Facebook post but he never “likes” my posts or views my stories.

Based on your update, I'd say he might likes you, or just got used to your presence. And it's not a red flag if you told him you lost interest.

If you don't like him and don't want to talk to him anymore, just tell him you lost interest, it was nice learning guitar from him but it's done. If it doesn't work, block him

I didn’t tell him I lost interest, I just stopped the flirting and texting as much, seems like he’s trying to sell me his lessons a bit, then doesn’t reply when he sees it’s not going the way he wants it to etc. it’s like he wants me to pay for lessons and flirt with him and f-ck him… like a male prostitute or something… then he messages in a way like he wants to manipulate me into needing his services or draw me back in 🤷🏼‍♀️ I dunno. Strange how he literally remembers everything I tell him.

He may just want you in a sexual context maybe. If it bother you, I suggest you to be honest and that you lost interest...
Trust your guts and be honest with him then block him or ghost him

His best friend who currently teaches me at Uni (my current lecturer) seems far more competent at guitar etc. and more inspiring, and me and him seem to gel better… maybe he senses that and he wants to get my attention again? I’m not trying to play games with him, it’s literally that his friend is less negative and judgmental and overall more pleasant to learn from and more competent!

Yeah I’ve realised that now I’ve gotten to know him better after I failed a jazz standards assessment today and he was kind and helpful and genuinely wants the best for me
