If someonr hits me in the junk, the last thing I'd be is embarrassed. I'd be PISSED, and in pain.

I wouldn't be uncomfortable with that that it was a guy; I'd just want to rip his head off, and beat him to death with it.

Not really. It's generally frowned down upon socially to hit someone in the balls like that, but some dudes are into it, me included. Given I prefer when transgender women hit me in the balls, though, and not other men.
