Probably that they’re going to get their job done and clock out lol men don’t get into all the emotional crap that women do. Also if he isn’t making a move then you’re not his crush and pls spare the excuse of him being shy.

I have no crushes at work. It's work after all. I don't bother talking to anyone there unless it's work related. And if I see anyone from work outside of work, I just pretend I don't see them.

I'm probably the receiver of the crush - and I don't do customer facing roles. Haven't for years 👀 👁️ however women in my 20s and even now at 30 , either gaze my way for some reason... surely
