There’s this guy from work, he acts either really distant towards me. No facial expression at all, avoids eye contact, like I’m a complete stranger. It looks like he’s either mad or annoyed.

Or he acts like the friendliest person ever. He approaches me out of nowhere to say hello, smiles at me, makes eye contact and makes a comment to me so I engage in conversation with him. Is he just a moody person with mood swings?
