Do you dislike lazy people... I think they're annoying ngl?

I don't dislike lazy people so much as the systems that allow them to do so (do not?). From what I've seen it can usually just be boiled down to a lack of accountability. Jobs where people get laid off for under performance, because so many people have no incentive to perform and become lazy.
Living at home with no motivation and no plan in your 30's because there's no negative incentive to doing so.
Not learning to live independently because either you have someone (s) to pick up the pieces or escape consequences. I could go on and on, but I grew up from my mistakes rather than the good times.

I hate them when it's effecting ME. Like if I need their services or phone call and they simply don't care.

But the one that drives me the most mad is when I have to bust my ass at work, while others just lounge around. But it's more so the fact that they're being PAID for it, that bothers me. There was one guy who was working with me for 6 hours, and he literally didn't do anything except watch movies and play games but got paid for those 6 hours
