This guy who I'm 99% sure is into me looks me up and down and is always near me and looking at me when he thinks I don't notice. He always is a small distance away from me when I'm with friends. Do you ever feel when a guy or girl looks right at you that you know what they are thinking? Like he looked at me right in the eyes and I swear he looked like he wanted to rip my clothes off. It was just so intense and so sexual without biting his lip or winking or even smiling. He just slowly walked past me maintaining eye contact in the sexiest way.

If I had to guess, it sounds like it might just be you. I've noticed with many girls (and guys!!) that when you like someone, you always think they are looking at you. The bottom line is, whether he likes you or not, you are probably thinking too much into it and he probably is just existing in the same place as you and making casual glances. Especially if it doesn't ever lead into anything greater, like a real conversation or actual clear advances, it is probably just in your head because you want it to be that way.
