Lifting his shirt while he's talking to me?

i was talking to this guy I know today and as we were talking he kind of lifted up his shirt, I don't know what he was doing but it was kind of like he was fiddling with it, wiping off his hands I don't know, but obviously he knew that he was exposing like half of his body to me as we were talking, I seriously had to try so hard not to look because there's a guy kind of shirtless in front of me! this isn't the first time he's done this around me but I want to know why he's doing it.

There's a guy I know , when he sits by me and he's wearing a coat he always pushes his sleeves as far up as he can and sits with the inside of his forearms and wrists pointing upwards . He only does it when he's next to me .

Apparantly these are attraction signals . Or maybe these guys need to watch a weather forcast before they dress in the morning :D
