It usually stems from weak men who’ve failed past negative trauma and 'shit tests,' and who lack understanding of male-female relationship dynamics—even their rules are nonsensical.
Rule 1: A truly masculine man must take responsibility upon himself; he cannot produce solutions by shifting blame onto women.
Rule 2: Women’s sexual strategy is rooted in finding the best possible mate. This is why they naturally reject 90% of men who are not hypergamically compatible—a critical mechanism for ensuring the health of future generations.
Rule 3: Most people are inherently selfish; this is not a trait exclusive to women.
Probably this is post-traumatic behavior, although there is an argument for it having survival value as well. Why does this matter? This is a stupid question.
