Yet women themselves say, "Eyes up" because they want men to see women as people and not objects. It's also why women wear business suits. Of course, we like something that fits our feminine curves, that is what makes women stand out.

From my experience cleavage drive ways more attention and guys have a harder time controlling their eyes around cleavage than legs. SO they stare harder at cleavage and. a lot less at legs (for butt it's behind so we don't see except if he make some noise or whistle).

Well, if someone stares at my cleavage it means he's standing right in front of me and it's very obvious. On the other side, I don't have eyes on my back and I'm pretty sure that most of the time I don't notice if someone checks out my butt
