I’ve never had a boyfriend nor met a guy that cuddles with me. This new guy cuddles with me on sofa while we see a movie, lays his head on me, touches my hands, fingers plays with them, bites my cheek, puts my leg on his thigh, wants me massage , scratch his back, then wen it’s time to sleep he spoons me , and randomly talks of different things or plans what we’ll do next day.

I believe there is no fundamental difference between genders about what they need, there is human race, its gregarious instinct, feeling warm flesh. This is especially clear when you raise a boy and a girl. They want the exact same thing at the beginning: Cuddles. Being loved, physical contact, hugs, being embraced, being cared for. As these infants grow up, anything can happen, pushing them away from what they needed, due to multiple factors. Can be cold parents, can be bad experiences in romantic love, can be menacing surroundings.

Which might explain your surprise, anyone who has the privilege to live a somewhat emotionally balanced life didn't have to obliterate and bury their fundamental needs. In some locations on this planet, people like that are rare. And lucky.
