Guy's Behavior

If I see a guy looking at me, what does it mean?

get this, i see an older boy (2years older than me) starring at me ALL THE TIME at school. he doesn’t really know who i am (at least i don’t think he does) but i know who he is. me + my friends have recently been sitting out the front part of our school + lately him + his friends have been playing soccer or kicking the ball basically 4 meters away from us. i always catch him starring at me + when i stare back at him he always laughs LOUDLY with his friends. GET THIS! the other day i was sitting with my friends + his friend group is sitting on the table close to us. i turned to look away from them + one of my friends go “OMG ____ (the guy im talking about) + _____ (one of his friends) was just starring at us + pointing at us!!” IM SO CONFUSED PLEASE HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?

sorry to everyone thats hating. i do apologise im not actually 25 im just a high school student a few years younger than 18. i understand that this might make people mad but i had to make my acc older than 18 otherwise it wouldn’t let me create an acc. i probably won’t post after this post but i was just generally curious on what this meant. thanks. x
