One of my friends say that her b00bs were grabbed and squeezed by a male friend while they were alone inside a classroom. No one else has seen it. How should I react to this? She's not too bothered about it. But I'm little afraid that this could happen again.

It's really up to her what to do since it was her that it happened to. I suggest having a respectful conversation with her to see if she wants to report it. Presuming it wasn't consensual, you might point out that even if she wasn't bothered, the person might do it to someone else again who could be uncomfortable with it if no intervention occurs. (Obviously if it was consensual then that's her business.) But don't pressure her by any means. If she doesn't want to, that's that.

Definitely check if there are anonymous similar reporting systems in place that could protect her identity. Lots of people don't report out of fear of the reactions from the people around them.
