What’s the worst pain a man can experience?

I’ve never broken a major bone, but i did have surgery on my knee once.
Despite this, the most severe pain i have ever experienced was having a tooth extracted when an infection was preventing the anesthetic from taking full effect. The entire procedure was terribly painful. The pain unbelievably got worse because the anesthesia wore off before i could fill the prescription for pain pills. That day i discovered the term “blinding pain” isn’t a euphemism. I literally couldn’t see. I had to have a friend come pick me up and help me fill my prescription, then take me home. I was useless to myself and the world for the rest of that day and part of the next.
