What is the worst physical pain you have ever experienced?

Testicular torsion in 2019, best way to describe it is it felt like an adult male with steel boots standing on my testicles during the waves of pain that came in.

But I'm rather used to pain, so I guess it happened to the right person. If it's gonna happen to someone. It should happen to someone more accustomed to being in pain

Had infections in a bunch of more organs. Rolled around in pain for days with no sleep. Had a tooth ache that was so bad it was making me blackout from the pain. I've broken bones and played contact sports etc. The infection and tooth pain was way worse

Ludwig's Angina. Imagine the worst possible toothache and multiply it by 100.

Dental abscess. Paracetamol and Ibuprofen barely affected it.
