What is the worst physical pain you've been through?

I'm not talking about a broken heart. I mean serious injury or medical condition.

A couple years ago I tore my right knee in 4 different spots on two occasions within a year. That was on par with when I almost cut one of my fingers off. The blade scraped against the bone. I need 7 stitches for that and I still have nerve pain in that finger from when it happened at the age of 16.

I had a tooth issue I was blacking out from the pain. Like 6 months back I had a bunch of organs get an infection. That was whole body pain for days. Pure agony. It was physical pain all over on top of feeling like the worst flu you can imagine. I've broken bones, played football, did mma etc. but no injury I got from those are even close to the infections.

periods pains can be bad too which are also inconvenient as hell. both just suck a lot

When you break an arm or wrist, they have you stretch it out to x-ray it. Even though I was a kid then, I would say that was the most unbearable pain I have been in.

Migraines is worse than the dif places I have cancer so far. But pretty damn close. Its just a dif kinds of significant pain.
