What was the worst physical pain you ever felt?

Here are a couple:
I crashed my bike and the whole handlebar impaled my leg, I pulled it out and it didn't hurt it just felt really warm. However 20 minutes passed and it started feeling painful Id say 6/10.
I had to get my lip drained because I had an abscess in it. I looked like one of those girls with crazy lip filler. The ER rushed me and gave me barley any pain meds. if you have had an abscess you know there is a lot of pressure and pain in that are or infected skin. I couldn't eat or drink for the next 36 hours after. I also had an MRSA abscess on my thigh.
Also I had a severe allergy reaction last night and went to the ER, not as painful as everything else but my throat was very itchy.
Then 2 years ago I had strep throat, it is painful to swallow anything, food or water, I hated to eat during that time. It felt like you are swallowing a knife or a sharp object cutting the inside of your throat.
I tore my rotator cuff in 3 different places in the same shoulder while on a call.
It hurt like hell.
It happened on the 4th of July and I could not get it fixed until the end of July.
All I could do is bend my elbow and move my wrist.
One day I was working on my truck and I was not using my right arm at all, and I got a can of spray lube out to spray on my door hinges as they were squeaking a bit.
As I was shaking up the can of lube I knocked the cap off and my right arm without even thinking about it just reached out to grab the cap.
I remember seeing a bright flash of light and when I came to my senses I was kneeling on the gargae floor afraid to look at my shoulder.
I thought it had fallen out of the socket.
It hadn't but it sure hurt.
Rehab sucked too. I spent 5 months in rehab, but it worked pretty well, and I was able to go back to work.
I do still have some lingering issues with it and always will.
Probably when one of my ribs moved. I was in so much physical pain that I was basically confined to a chair for at least 2 weeks. And to make it worse the rib had moved in such a way that every time I took a breath one of my lungs expanded right into it so my lung got poked by the rib every time and it felt like a knife stabbing me every time I breathed
So I had to be really careful to not yawn or take large breaths I also couldn't laugh or sneeze and had to actually hold it in which was quite hard it also would make my throat tickle which would induce laughing and sneezing it was awful.
I remember one time a few years ago my sides started hurting out of nowhere and it was really painful and I think when I was about 9 or 10 two of my molars started growing in the roof of my mouth and in a little less than a month I'm going to be getting my wisdom teeth taken out

Oddly in spite of breaking many bones, there was this one time I fell while doing a stunt where I managed to break just my index and middle finger bones snapping them backwards that sent this sort of electric shock of pain through my entire body.
And again I've broken many other bones, and far larger ones like tibia, humerus, mandible, etc, and I felt that shock before. But that one oddly sent the biggest jolt of shock through my body. I was really in so much pain for the following minute with my ears ringing and fingers bent backward.
That said, this is like immediate pain. That pain wasn't so bad the next week. I think chronic pain bothers me more so there was also this one time where I had broken jaw, nose, ribs, and both arms broken at the same time along with teeth missing. So even breathing hurt and I couldn't eat by myself with two broken arms. So I had to be spoonfed by nurse but then my jaw was broken so I was often gagging and trying not to vomit.
There are a Couple of times
When I got an ax stuck in my knee cap
When I got mugged and stabbed with a knife (almost died that day)
Toothache pain, I had a tooth break in two when a baseball hit me in the face. ( I was at a Milwaukee Brewers Game in the audience and a flyball flew into my face)
I guess them are the 3 biggies
Pulmonary embolism. There was pain but it felt like i was dying. I had trouble breathing and chest pain to make it worse. I thought i was gonna die but i didn't. the blood clot dissolved on it's own after 8 months. Unfortunately, i still suffer from complications but im happy to be alive. Sometimes have to stop to catch my breath when going for a jog or taking stairs. I feel like a 80 year old know. My obesity was the obvious cause of the pulmonary embolism. So if you are overweight and don't want to end up like me you have to lose weight!!.
Likely sewing a 2 inch gash in my head with a needle and thread after accidentally crashing into the front of a steel boat trying to rescue my equipment bag before it hopped overboard on 8 ft swells. The boat operator was going to fast when we left the relatively calm water conditions associate with the islands and entered the open water.
Probably the worst was having the chains in my mouth tightened. They went from the braces up into my gums and attached to teeth up in there, so tightening them was pulling them through an actual healing wound. It hurt bad enough I was in tears every time, and that's what sets it as worst. I don't ever remember tearing up from another pain.
To be honest I'm not sure. I was run down by a car, to many broken bones to mention. I have had 2 major heart attacks. The first felt like an elephant was standing on my chest. All in ll I think the worst pain was kidney stones. Only because the pain lasted for 6-8 hrs. It felt like someone shoved a long knife into my side & kept twisting it.
probably period cramps, it's worse than being burnt by cigarettes. you'd think i'd be used to them by now
Direct kick in the testacle and it wasn't so bad immediately, but I hit the floor. Several hours later it was debilitating. I learned a valuable lesson... don't trust other people and go to the Dr. immediately!
I keep learning lessons about trust, because I repeated that later, so I didn't learn it well enough.
Maybe the answer is to trust God (intuition/instinct)! I recall right before the incident, thinking to put on a cup, but I was rushed so didn't do it. Paid the price.
I think either the time I fell in the shower and hit my front teeth on the faucet, or the other time I hit my foot with exponential force against a food box. It hurt all night, like being chained to steel chair that’s so cold and being force fed to the point you wish you died when you were 3.
I've had kidney stones, broke a few bones, had surgeries, but this one stood out. It was towards the end of the work day, and all the sudden I get this excruciating shooting pain from my neck to the tip of my fingers in my right arm. Like a knife was going through me and hitting every nerve. I couldn't move my arm for over 3 hours. To this day I have no idea what it was. The doctors at the VA have no clue what they are doing
Hands down, kidney stone attack. I blacked out while undergoing a grueling 3hr episode of curled up and rolling on the floor, heaving, sweats, vomiting, and crying.
I actually told my wife I wanted to die. It would have better.
I had a total hip replacement. the pain was not acute but it went on for a long time.
Had 24/7 kidney stone in 2018 for nearly two weeks. Literally never ate anything that whole time.
Haha! Not much.. I fear pain so I avoid accidents like the plague.
Perhaps when I was 10 yo and fell off a tree while playing catches or something.. landed first on my chin, had a deep cut but didn't need stitches, haha...
Possibly the worst pain for me has been emotional. I hate feeling betrayed / rejected / isolated. That scars my heart.
Otherwise, the first few sexytimes were painful too. Physically and emotionally. I guess I wish I was still a virgin.. 😁
Gastroenteritis.
I’ve never cried so much in my life, lmao.
Was puking black blood from my stomach and pretty sure I had a heart attack which was ignored 😅
After the morphine wore off after an ankle operation that put screws in to fix my broken ankle. Childbirth wasn't as painful. Felt. like my ankle was being sawed off!!! RRRRgggg...
A broken rib I did not know about at first. Every wrong movement, especially in a lying position, caused extreme pain that radiated into the whole upper body.
i once had an extreme extreme headache that was so bad it made made me go blind for 30 min and i almost passed out from the pain. painkillers didn't help that much either
My wisdom tooth nearly killing me. I literally had no pain post surgery, which the doctor said was astonishing, it was the first time in 10 years I was pain free in my mouth. This was in April of 2013.
When I drank too much caffeine at 21 and got acid reflux from it. Nobody took me to the doctor even though it hurt for days badly.
