Why does a man ask you if you feel safe around him?

Most likely because he likes you, he cares about you enough to make sure you feel safe around him. Maybe some things he does or says that are normal to him may make you feel otherwise. A big part of relationships is that that women say he makes me feel safe, he makes me feel feminine. Chances are if you didn’t feel safe around him would you still be around him? Probably not so he’s trying to make sure you do feel safe that you want to be around him, w him, increasing his chances of having a relationship w you.
