I’ve been dating him for a little over a year. I’d really like men’s opinion especially. From these things, does it seem like it:

- he brought up Elon Musk’s trans daughter twice (cuz he forgot about the first time)

- he saw a group of guys at the mall that were dressed kind of metrosexual, and he said something about them being gay jokingly

- he said “fuck me” while I was riding him…

- he has sent me two reels so far involving gay jokes

- he was following a gay makeup artist on Insta (but the makeup artist did mostly post female celebrities he fixed up)

- he’s really into shopping (but he is from another country, so probably quite bored with no friends here in the US and has not much else to do)

I’ve asked if he’s gay or bi and he’s said no. But does it seem like his emotional energy is centered on gay content a lot?

From his rather odd behavior and comments, it looks as if he may be or at least, he may hint you that he could be or at least has a bisexual tendency.

If he still fornicates with you, then it is likely that he is on the bisexual spectrum and that could become a real issue for you, unless you are OK with this situation and the possibility that you may be the 3rd. wheel in a future relationship.

Even though he seems to deny it, his actions speak a different language but as long as you have no proof, you just have to play it safe and keep watching the situation.

I asked him and he said no, but was fine with the question. And then I kinda started asking him more and maybe even slightly accusing, and he started getting upset that the girl he’s having sex with thinks he’s into men. So, I really can’t talk to him about it anymore cuz it would probably ruin our relationship.

Sounds like you are little more worried about this kind of looking for the signs. Easy test of when you are out and you see a super hot girl and if you don't catch him at least looking at her butt. He's gay. Sometimes woman and gay men both are dazzled by great cleavage but the butt test never fails. unless he is Bi then all bets are off.

In general the majority of straight also don't talk about non-binary men or gay men unless they are making fun of them. We find those men weird tbh
