What do guys think when girls dress up?

Hi! I’m curious about something. What do guys really think about girls who dress up, like wearing heels with nice jeans and a cute top, not business-classy but more stylish? Do you find it attractive or ridiculous when it’s only to go to college or even just go grocery shopping?
Also, if a girl sometimes dresses like that and then other days wears baggy joggers or a super casual outfit, does it seem weird or inconsistent to you? Personally, if I listened to myself, one day I’d go out in heels with a nice outfit and the next day I’d be in big sweatpants. Sometimes I also really want to wear fake nails but I know guys hate fake nails.

Honestly just do you want, wear what you want. As a guy, of course I'd enjoy it if a girl dresses up.

But at the same time if she can wear whatever she wants, she better not bug me when I wear a T-shirt and shorts out for dinner 😂😂.

Get the fake nails! I don't think guys hate fake nails. Its those excessively long fake nails that guys hate. But if they're of a reasonable length and has like cute butterfly patterns on them, what's there to hate?

Dress for the situation... if a woman dresses up at the wrong time ( say a sporting event or casual coffee) I cannot help but get a red flag "high maintenance" flag.

Do what you want, and what you feel comfortable with doing. Yeah it’ll be noticed but I don’t think what a girl wears holds an immense amount of weight in terms of attraction.

I don't like high heels, I prefer girls in sneakers.
I prefer girls who wear sporty and casual outfits (sweatpants, jeans, shorts, camo pants, t-shirts, crop tops, tank tops, sneakers, combat boots or any other type of flat boots).
