It means he loves her, cares about her. Most likely loyal to her. If he was looking to cheat chances are he wouldn’t display a pic of her on his phone. It would bring up questions to the other girl if he was cheating, unless the girl he was cheating w just didn’t give a phuk. It means he likes seeing as as much as he can, maybe even a simp that has never had a girlfriend.
