I look her in the eye first. If we make eye contact, I speak - always. If she is with a man, I speak to him first - always. If I am going to check out her body, I am more interested in her legs, her butt, and overall size. I favor petite females, but don't rule out others. Chest? It all depends on the situation when he first notices her.
