He is a "hottie" in your own words. Therefore, he knows that you are an easy prey and that he does not need to do much to get your attention.

In my opinion, he is nothing more than a player and once he got you where he wants you and that he is finished with you (meaning in your pants), he will simply move on to the next victim.
