My boobs are smaller but I still have some. He cheated with girls with smaller boobs too also big

He’d always say he liked them and ask to see them etc but make jokes about them being small.

He does watch porn with people with the same body as me etc and follows models on instagram with the same body but is that why was he unsatisfied there?

I highly doubt he'd cheat on you with girls who have similar assets, if he didn't like your boobs. My bet is that he wanted sex with someone else or she was giving something that you weren't. It's not that you were not a good person and should have been a better girlfriend. He really should have discussed his issues with you if he wanted something you weren't providing.
