What does it mean if a guy snaps you every 2 hours but then suddenly only snaps once a day?

Basically me and this guy have been snapping for like four months and he would reply every two hours with his full face in frame or his really cute dog. But recently it’s turned to once a day, still full face but he seems sad. Asked what’s wrong and no response. I don’t know what this means, or if me asking was a step too far. Or if I’m over reacting and reading too much into things.

It means that you are spending way too much time on social media and not doing anything constructive with your life. Just imagine the hours wasted in those 4 months that you could have used doing useful things rather than to sit idling behind a screen?

Get out of your seat and stop looking at that social media. It only has negative sides to it and does not bring you anywhere.

If that person has been communicating with you every 2 hours, then he does indeed have an issue. He may have realized that his life is just spent doing nothing productive and has perhaps decided that communicating once a day is plenty.

You are obviously overthinking the entire issue and I recommend that you don't spend that much time behind your screen.

Talk to him on a person-to-person basis in real life and not behind a monitor.
