Would a guy blush if he thinks you like him but he doesn't like you?

I saw a guy today who was blushing while talking to me and losing his words a bit. But my friend said maybe he knows you liked him and that's why he blushed?

Definitely possible. Most men rarely get to feel ANY kind of compliment, so it is very reasonable a man would blush if he was 'complimented' in some way. (Someone liking him is a form of compliment)
