How would I know he was attracted to me?

The first time we had sex he lasted maybe 10 seconds this was with things done to me etc then the next time a few days later he lasted about 5 mins. The fact he could do so much longer does that mean he doesn’t find me that attractive. He said he always finishes super quickly the first time but he doesn’t last long in general so 5 mins for him was a long time and he was surprised he managed that

10 seconds is far quicker than normal. 5 minutes is closer to normal as far as I know. He was probably super excited the first time and is doing better now. It is not a sign of him not finding you attractive.
