They don't. They never do. If you're lucky you may get a guy to choose you but he may end up leaving you and never returning. So it's not even worth the pain and headache.
If she hasn't flaked after about a decade she might be a keeper.
I'm sure it is different for everyone. Personally, I was too late.
How late? When did you realize?
I wasn't ever in a n actual relationship with her, so I can't say 100% she was the one. However, she seems like the one that got away. I realized a few months after I first noticed her. It was towards the end of my first semester.
