Yes. I will answer in a metaphor.

You need to understand first, that women are considered superior gender, fairer sex. Traditionally men had to work hard to support women or even to die for women. Now feminists spread ideology that men are inferior.

Masculinity in women --- So... imagine a king posing as a peasant. It is strange, but he is still the royalty and people respect him - "Ok. he is mad but still our king".

Femininity in men --- But when peasant poses as a king... that would truly cast outrage. Nobody will respect him, he is just a mere commoner. And secondly, by doing that he will call suspicion that he wants to elevate himself above others. It is also an insult to real king.

In general I would say yes. Though with some thoughts. Women are often encouraged to be strong and masculine by feminists. On the other hand other women such as trad women and those who follow them will shame strong women for not having children and emphasizing their careers. They try to make such women feel selfish. I don't think there is really strong encouragement for men who want to act more "feminine". Sometimes feminists say they want men to be more emotional, but they also say that women shouldn't have to act as men's unpaid therapists. Men almost never encourage effeminate behavior in other men unless it is some sort of hazing ritual.

it depend on the country I think and depend what you mean by masculinity and feminity in France a lot fo men spend a lot of time obsessing over their appearance which I would say is more soemthg that for me I would define as being a woman things but some men are very focused of their appearance to the point of spending more time and money than. a lot of women and this is accepted and even wanted by a lot of young women so feminity in men is indeed very accepted in my country

Yeah I believe so. Masculine women are more accepted than feminine males.

Yea, masculine women are strong, while feminine men are weak, strength is valued.

Most definitely.. Tomboy are generally accepted with opened arms by a lot of guys and even innthe greater society.. Many masculine traits are generally a bit more neutral.. Whereas most feminine traits are tailored to women.. Feminine men are definitely a bit more ostracized and looked at weirdly.. Although more neutrally feminine men are liked by a lot of women..

I guess so, they would beat up a guy in my country if they think he acts and looks feminine. I dont support violence over these people but definitely I'd try to get them fixed with maybe sending them to Dagestan or giving them some lessons myself

The West is becoming a matriarchy. It's more acceptable for men to be like women and women to be like men. Don't believe me? Look at the Democratic party and their males/females - the men act more feminine and vice versa vs Republican leaders do.

Another example is Hollywood right now. A lot of movies and tv shows are trying to put women in traditional male roles - sometimes, breaking the laws of physics and masquerading it as the reality which is not only stupid, but dangerous.
