My order of canned eel arriving 5 days early. I'm going in now, I know it's gonna stink, but I need the omega 3s in there, and I can't help but want to try it, given our aversion to eating eel in America.

I'm guessing the smell is why... But omega 3s, vitamin B12, vitamin A, selenium, zinc, from just 400 calories worth of eel, you've already got the daily value of the vitamins needed.

It completely blows popular fish like salmon and tuna out of the water for nutrients, and they don't look gross when cooked.

But jellied eel? Just stop it, please... please stop it. Just no... Not for a while, at least

I always watch animal videos when I need a smile. Kittens, puppies, horses, owls or otters usually. I don't watch videos of humans doing stupid stuff with animals, like the nitwits in Yellowstone National Park that try to get too close to bison or elk or some such. Those just make me yell at the morons.

I work with fifth graders on a school campus and sometimes I work with kids as young as kindergarten. no matter how busy or shitty my day is there’s nothing like being greeted by children screaming your name running up to you attacking you and hugging you. These kids act like they’re happier to see me than my own family. You have to put up with a lot of bullshit too, but that always makes my day.
