I have been kissed before, but I can't read body language and have had times where I didn't know it was coming because I can't read body language from having Asperger's Syndrome. So how will I know if a guy is getting ready to do it, whether he's a guy I'm dating or a guy I'm friendly with, with a crush on each other?

I'm going to clarify this. I am finishing my studies, so I'm not yet ready for this kind of move to happen, but I am wondering in general what the signs are, as I have trouble reading people's body language, because of my Asperger's Syndrome.

Signaling a desire for intimacy is a delicate dance. He'll do things hoping to take down barriers that we all have.
He may stand closer than you're normally accustomed to. He's likely to touch you in inocent ways that strangers wouldn't. For example lightly on the arm. Pay attention to his eyes and lips. He may get "lazy" eyes as if he's anticipating the kiss and closing them. Similarly, he may part his lips in a way to invite your's.
It isn't all about what he does. If you want to be kissed, you can similarly signal your receptiveness.
People naturally guard their personal space unless they want to breach it. A guy preparing to kiss you will step or lean into your intimate zone.
Please finish your studies
I fully intend to do so.
