Why do so many young men have a scarcity mindset about dating women?

Because there is. I feel bad for the current generation of 20 year olds.

When i compare average looking women of my youth to average women of 2026 i see that hoeflation is real. Basically an average girl in the 2000s at a 5 is now an 8 in 2026.

Any average girl in 2026 gets so much attention that they expect 7 star treatment and most young guys can't provide that.

@Just_Ken There definitely isn't a shortage of women if anything, there's an abundance of them. A scarcity mindset just means you think there aren't any women out there to bang. As you know Average guys have always struggled with women, the benifit of being a man is that you can raise your status and in the process increased your sexual options.

Im not struggling to get women. I've been there done that. Im talking about the current generation of young men. I served in the British army, there was never a shortage of gorgeous women. Even moonlighting as a bouncer escorting strippers to private gigs they were all over me. Even hooked up with a page 3 girl escorting her to a party.

There are 26 million women between the age of 18-39 in the US and 45% of them are obese, 70% of black women are obese. 40% of them are single mothers. Out of that only 32% of those women are single.

@Just_Ken Ah Seems like you're struggling with the same scarcity mindset. there's about 45 million women 18-39. If 45% are obese that means about 25 million aren't. Secondly you're kinda behaving like a woman were not trying to wife those women simply bang them and move on so them being single mothers or in a relationship doesn't matter. In fact single mothers are some of the easiest chicks to bang which once again only proves my point further.
