You need ro fix yourself somehow. Logic will not help you and neither behavioral rehearsals.

Just waving is a normal everyday thing distant friends do. But it's not something i should hammer into you. Instead i should pretend he did mean to do it because there is something deeper. There wasn't but let's pretend there was. Now what? What does that change?

It's a real question. You must find an answer to it. What does that change?

I wrote down nonsensical noise on my mind. I was thinking while writing and now it turns into this theory: what if you and other creeps see attraction where it isn't because subconsciously you erase attraction where it is. Seems like a pop culture typical advice. "Repression". But as you see, i arrived at this conclusion from the pathway of "what does this change?" It changes something. But you taught yourself to feel like nothing changes.

You sound like you were told that your feelings do not matter. If so then it is impossible for you to be healthy. Your feelings matter, and what you should with them is feel them, not act on them. Until you learn to do that you will be a creep.

Denying your own feelings causes inability to read other people's feelings. Using logic will never work for it. And no, i am not telling anyone to act irrationally, i explicitly warned not to act on your feelings, just feel them.

I met someone I thought was very attractive, and I told her so.

Later we both saw each other again, and we both waved to each other with big smiles.
