Is it normal for a guy friend to reference an old outfit like this?

Im probably overthinking it, but still, i want to ask.
I send this guy videos of my outings and outfits
I've texted him a couple of other things he could have responded to, but I haven't heard from him in 2 days, so of course, I thought he was busy. This morning, I got a text and a pic of a tie that he found in his closet. He told me that it matched my outfit. Now, the outfit he was referring to was something I sent him a month ago, and i sent plenty of other stuff since then. Was it a random memory that just popped up when he saw the tie, or was he watching my video recently?

Impossible to tell unless you ask him, but even the fact that he remembered that a month later shows he thinks about you fondly

It depends on him. I'm not into fashion, so I'd only remember something like that if I was obsessed by a girl.
