What's something a man said recently that makes you madder the more you think about it?

I was talking to a guy friend and he asked me how I felt. I told him that i was having issues now and know for sure im going to have issues on Monday. I was trying to be polite by circling about having period cramps. He asked if he could help. I said it's no way he could help. He insisted that he could do something. I asked him, what and at the same time I told him that it was "girl issues". He said he knew that, that he wasn't dumb and he could give me moral support. Then he added "Let's call them woman issues, you're a lady" It made me squint. I don't like the fact that he said that even though I know what he means. I've been going through this problem since I was a girl. why can't I say it's girl problems? That's how society treat underage girl as soon as they have their period. They're women now, no they're still girls. At the same time, they dont fund health research programs and take women's pain seriously. They say you've been dealing with it since you've been a kid and women are over- exaggerating. Im not calling it a female issue. Every species deals with this differently.
I let it go for the moment but then as we continue texting he said that he knows he looks smart but he's not a doctor. Since I was about to put my phone away i just liked the last couple of texts as acknowledgment. He texted me not to like the doctor text😐 I don't know why he's mad after telling me what to call my issues that'll he'll never experience. He's not a doctor so it's fact.
