What men? A lot of men don’t call women that. Especially these days because they don’t want to be accused of things. I’ve never called a girl baby. Maybe you’re attracted ting scum.

Can you say why its a red flag?
From my experience, guys calling me baby, babe or similar names right from the beginning, are very often players and fuck boys. It's not something most normal guys don't do. And I don't like it if I'm not close with the guy, so easy filter out.
It is creepy hearing it from a man.
Never had that happen, luckily.
