Will a guy talk loud around you if he likes you?

there is this boy in my class he used to be shy and quite around me and he stares at me all the time and he still does but now he talks really loud when I'm around what does this mean does he like me thanks

cauze I did this with a girl I used to like when she is around I will look to one of my friends and said you are beautiful as usual today loudly and I think she get the message

yeah he will talk to his friends loud around me or if he's talking to someone he will just talk loud around me but he used to be shy

He talks loud around you because he's going deaf. He has been playing his walkman/ipod etc at full blast far too long.
