First I would check her pulse and is she breathing.
And then... obviously gotta get her to a hospital as fast as possible.
I do know how to do CPR but it's been kinda long time ago I learned it.. and I'm rusty about it.
Of course it also depends what was the reason why she fainted.
For example it's common to faint during terrible heat while being thirsty or with too much clothing.. in those cases getting the fainted person to a cool shade and giving them water(if they're not totally unconscious) helps within a minute.
But if there's no apparent reason - then it's not worth to take chances and gotta let doctors to take care of it.. as they know such stuff better than I do.

lay her down somewhere (either on the couch or my bed)
see if she has a temperature if she does than I'll take off her shirt and unzip her pants but leave them on (to try and keep her as cool as I can) if she doesn't have a fever than I'll just skip to the next steps
get a bucket (for puking in)
a cold cloth (to put on her forehead)
if she is having a seizure I would try to call her parents or the ambulance.
I know very little about what to do when someone is having a seizure make sure they don't swallow or choke but I don't know if they should be on their back or shoulder to do that. I do know they are supposed to have lot's of space. If she is standing, given I had the chance the first thing I would do is try and catch her. I guess I would take her somewhere soft to lay down fully, either the couch or her bed and just stay with her taking care till she wakes up
I would immediately find a way to revive her and get her medical attention. Had a girlfriend faint one time and I carried her down stairs, put her in my car (ambulance would have taken too long) and drove her to hospital. Found out she was a diabetic. Funny that she ending up breaking up with me because I'm epileptic.
I'd make sure she had a pulse and was still breathing for starters. It could be a negative reaction to her diabetes so I wouldn't di©k around. I'd get an ambulance.
make sure she is okay, check for breathing, pulses, her temperature, if its bad, call 911 or take her to the hospital myself.
I would do the same I would for any person, find them help. What am I supposed to be like Superman, pick her up and fly away?
Gah...Id probablly do my best to take care of her until she wakes up & try not to touch her boobies :D
I would take care of her to the best of my ability and if I couldn't sort it I would find someone who could.
Make sure she's okay, I'd hardly abandon her lol
Whatever is necessary.
