What do Greek guys look for in girls?

It depends how Americanized he is. If he's like hardcore indoctrinated Greek, with that Greek "magas" subculture, his family is probably going to constantly be putting pressure on him to marry a Greek girl. Greek parents could care less about their children, but more about shamelessly living vicariously through their children, trying to direct their child's life into fulfilling their idealized fantasies of what a good Greek family should be like.
If he's completely Americanized, like John Stamos, then he'll be like any other American guy. The Greek-test is in the yogurt. I sh*t you not. It sounds funny, but it's completely true. If a "Greek" man thinks:

is yogurt, he's either Americanized, or John Stamos.
If the only Greek yogurt he'll eat is:

then he's still Greek.
However, there's an exception to this rule.
If you catch him eating

or any other "fat-free yogurt" or "0-2% reduced fat yogurt" then he's not Greek. Greek people don't believe in "fat free butter" or "sugar free honey". When a food is inherently based on fat or sugar, if you're trying to avoid eating fat or sugar, the way to do so is to avoid eating that food, not to eat some half-assed food that is neither the food you want to eat, nor the amount of healthy you're trying to be.
If he's somewhere in the middle, he'll be indifferent about boobs (which is probably a relief from American men), but Greek guys are all about a super-fit and toned stomach, feminine waist and hips, a fit and round butt, and really nice legs. Culturally Greek guys that reject the machismo Greek he-man "magas" subculture and the American she-man "metrosexual" subculture expect to find a woman that's his equal. That doesn't mean soft and meaningless stuff like "emotionally" his equal, or "similar interests". If he's a doctor, he wants to find a woman who also earns as much as he does. If he's an investment banker, he's not going to date women that earn substantially less than he does. If he's a teacher, he's not going to date women that earn substantially more than he does. It actually has less to do with money, and more to do with lifestyle choice. He'll either be ambitious or easy-going, and depending on what lifestyle he wants for himself, he'll be looking for a partner with the same level of ambition or easy-going-ness.
I totally agree bout all those things you said about the greek family. Yes most of the times suck the life out of their children with their endless list of expectations.
About the other thing you said. I don't believe guys want to date women from the same background and socioeconomical status. I think most guys including Greeks want their women to be lesser than them so that they will fill more important. For example if I am a lawyer and you are a teacher this won't work. if you are a lawyer and I'm the teacher it can perfectly work. if we are both lawyers and earn the same you will be antagonistic and want to show that you bring he money in the house.
I didn't know about the trick with yogurt 😂I'll keep that in mind lol
