If a girl goes out of her way to ignore you, good sign she likes you?

She's normally social and relaxed, and will say hi to guys she barely knows, but when she sees me, she usually looks straight ahead and doesn't say a thing. Does that mean shy, nervous? Playing hard to get, cause they don't want to let you know? She's acting different toward me than she is with everyone else, so it seems like she might have a thing for me. Is she unintentionally showing interest, by ignoring me?

Not completely ignore. I've chatted with her online and she was being silly and when I laughed she said she was happy I laughed, so def sounds like she was flirting.

We were on Skype video chatting and she was random stuff like toy flowers and a funny looking hat, and I laughed and she said she did it so I would laugh.

To the point of COMPLETELY ignoring you I don't think she is interested. Did you ever notice her looking at you and then looking away when she knows you are looking? if she does that then she might be interested, but not if she is ignoring you all the time.

she's immature. she likely enjoys the attention that you give her or enjoys knowing that you like her and stuff like that. basically, it sounds like she may be using you for an ego boost.
