Why does he brush his upper arm against mine? Is it weird?

Whenever I see this guy, he'll talk to me and then right as I start to walk away, he will rub his upper arm into mine while we pass. It's not like he's being a brute about it like hitting me with his arm, he just sort of lightly brushes it with mine... It's confusing.

Why would you brush up against someone like that? Is that being flirty, friendly, or what?

I'm fairly certain it's a guise for passing wet boogers. He wipes his wet pneumies on his upper arm, and then slyly passes them on to you when he brushes against you. It's an old ploy.

I would take that as a sign of flirting. It may be a subtle way for him to let you know he likes you.
