How Do I Know If A Guy Just Thinks I'm Pretty, Or Atually Likes Me??

well...there's this guy at my sk0ol...I have liked him since the first day [[literally]]. I went to the restroom during second period today, and, I passed by him, and he gave me a wolf whistle! lol! anyways...i looked back, shoulder view, and saw him looking back also...then when I came out from fixing my makeup [[which was my only purpose to go there]] I passed by him again, and he was making eye contact, and I hate myself for getting lured in his most sultry stare! ahhh! lol! anyway...2 feet behind me, he looked back and called for me, and asked for my name, and grade, I asked him why he wanted to know, and he just chuckled, and said "why CANT I know?" I just smiled, and walked away, but he caught up, and walked me to class telling me, "i just thought you were pretty, that's why" I told him it was hard to believe coming from a flirt who tells almost every pretty girl in my school. but he kept saying I was so. we finally got to my class, and we just said usual byes. Then during lunch...i went outside with two of my friends, because I wasn't hungry, and I saw him look back at me, and he came out too. He was messing around with me, with both arms around my waist, and his face, lowered to level mine. His friends were telling him of how much a flirt he was, and he said "so! I like women! you can't help that, because even I cant!" then he whispered in my ear "but your the prettiest one I ever met" [[made me smile even if it was hard to believe also]] I told him that it WAS hard to believe, because he probably flirts with almost everyone! lol! then I walked away...I went to my friends, and I didn't even have to look at him, to feel his burning stare...! so...does he just think I'm hot, like a whole bunch of other girls? or does he actually like me? I hope he does, but what do you think? =(

If he likes you, he's a complete moron in his attempts to show that. All he's shown is him being a flirt. He barely knows you and he's touching you, holding onto you, holding you from behind, whispering in your ear, etc. You need stronger boundaries. Just because you like him or are physically attracted to him doesn't mean you should just let him do with you as he pleases, because if you do it sends the wrong message to him, or to any guy for that matter. You're essentially sending the signal to him that you're easy, that he can touch you whenever he wants, that you'll fall into the palm of his hands. If you want to see if he actually does like you, you need to take things slowly. If he touches you, shove his hands off and tell him you barely know each other, and to not act like your boyfriend unless he's serious.

Sounds like a guy who knows how to win a girls heart. Saying the right things, doing the right things... honestly, in my perspective, it sounds like he has done the exact same routine to other girls too.

Yeah! I do! it's just the fact that I am NEVER easy! but with him, all my friends, and his friends, and a whole lot of other guys who tried to get with me before, notice that I AM easy with him!! GRRR!! I just don't know what's going on with me! I think in my mind to play hard-to-get, and see if he'll even play along, but every time I see him, I just act like a complete lovesick, fool!!
