Hello everyone,
I've decided to share some of my healthy meals and snack ideas that help me get through my day. These are meant for providing nutrients and vitamins. I'm deficient in a few different vitamins / minerals, ever since I changed my diet I have been feeling better. I have more energy and I am feeling more like myself.
I hope these can help you all too. These are my recipes, they are easy and inexpensive. No matter what your fitness goals are or if you're trying to eat healthier, I hope these give you some motivation. :)

Special K cereal with fresh banana and berries. It's great with almond milk too!

My home made beef and veggie stir fry. These noodles are Catelli Smart noodles with higher fibre and extra serving of veggies. I used bell peppers, bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, and beef strips in this dish. With 1/3 cup beef broth for extra flavour.
Home made veggie soup with tomatoes, carrots, green beans, bell peppers, onion, celery and potatoes. For the soup it's self, i added 3 bay leaves, 1 tbsp of thyme, and some black pepper. 1 cup chicken stock and additional lean ground beef is optional. Let everything combine and simmer for about 30 mins. This is an easy, hearty soup thats delicious!
These are delightful, crunchy and very filling surprisingly. You can add some ground flax seed to amp up the fiber in these muffins. I used crushed bran flakes, that i mixed well with the banana. The walnuts are for crunch.
Kale and cranberry salad.
Red onion (place in ice water to cut the heat of the onion), kale, yellow sweet pepper, green brans and dried cranberries. Add 1tbsp of balsamic dressing and you have a great addition to supper or lunch.
Another fav. breakfast is shredded wheat with walnuts and berries. I also add honey or a bit of maple syrup at times for additional sweetness.
Scrambled Eggs with kale and some gratez mozzerella cheese. A filling, protein filled breakfast. You can also use only eggwhites for a healthier option.
A "Stewp" (thick soup- like stew) with chick peas, carrots, broccoli, green spinach, noodles (can use brown rice, I used regular noodles) tomatoes, and black pepper, thyme and a bit of salt.
Frozen summer healthy boost juice!
Frozen blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, mixed in with some ice and cranberry juice (I use the no sugar one- it's extra tart and makes the drink much more thirst quenching) Can add some fresh mint leaves for balancing out the flavours.
Healthy breakfast omlette (2 eggs whisked with some black pepper) Also added some fresh tomatoe, stuffed with some wilted spinach and marble cheese. I like to fold these over so I can fill them with different ingredients.
Another favourite omlette of mine is using 2 eggs, add a bit of worsteshire sauce to it, add some lean ground beef and some mushrooms and fresh kale / spinach. The sauce gives the eggs a delightful beefy flavour with the mushrooms too!

Decaffinated herbal teas are great for relaxing, but they have wonderful health benefits too. I prefer green teas, ginger, lemon-ginger and peppermint tea. I've read they help speed up metabolism, and are great for anti-inflammatory benefits too. Add a bit of honey or agave instead of sugar, and you have a nice drink to sip and unwind with.

Lemon chicken with black pepper and roasted asparagus baked ontop of lemon slices. I used white rice here, but you're welcome to use wild, jasmine, long grain, whatever you prefer.

Home made trail mix!
With plain granola, unsalted peanuts, mixed dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, currants, golden raisins) and a small packet of rosebuds (or chocolate chips) for a sweet crunch.

RAW veggies and fruit!
I feel like these are always forgotten about, but they are worth digging into. Especially when you have the munchies and need a crunchy snack.
I hope you all found something you liked here. Thanks for checking out my post and reading through my recipes. :)

Very nice. My favorite meal is original oatmeal mixed with all kinds of fruits and granola. I eat it for breakfast almost every morning. I think it's great because oatmeal makes me feel full, it's healthy, and all those fruits provide a wide range of vitamins, minerals, etc. which is a great way to start the day. The granola is used to add some crunch to every bite.
I can use in a meal all that I will want but after-meal to accept Phentermine for the settlement of metabolism. And it helps me a course is 2 months ordered by me pills here from this web-site (https://pharmacy-house. com/list-medical/weight-loss-pills-without-prescription. php) who I advise interestingly
"Special K cereal with fresh banana and berries." - are you kidding? far to many carbohydrates, rafinated sugar and sugared dried berries is a heathy breakfast? kindly read the ingriedients list on the box, if that sounds like a building plan for a nuclear power plant or the recipe for plastic explosives - never ever touch that stuff! (rule of thumb maximum 5 to 7 ingridients, otherwise rather prepare yourself, so you know what is inside)
